Metal, over Texas limestone

Metal stands up to hailstorms and the summer heat better than most materials, and the reflective panels keep heat off the house.

You can’t judge damage from the yard. We check for cracks and holes, then write it up for your insurer with photos, a written assessment and a repair estimate.

    Repair it, or start fresh

Most roofs last twenty to thirty years with upkeep, and a repair saves a lot of money against a new roof. When it is past that, we tear up the whole surface and start fresh.

Gary Sitton’s dad, Ted, coached football at Abilene High and Abilene Christian. His mother, Gloria, taught third grade at Jane Long Elementary. The office is still at 517 N. 4th Street, and the work runs across the Big Country: Abilene, Brownwood, San Angelo and the towns between.

Hail came through? Get it looked at before the next rain.

Heavy wind, hail and driving rain loosen shingles, dent metal panels and tear flashing away from chimneys and vents. You won’t see most of it from the ground. The inspection after a storm is free.

We document storm damage for your insurance claim.

Loose and missing shingles

Curled, lifted or gone after a hard wind.

Dented metal panels

Hail marks on tin and steel.

Torn flashing

Pulled away from chimneys and vents.

Calls outside 9 to 5

A serious leak doesn’t wait for Monday.

Asked at the office.

What folks call the office about most.

Yes. Call (325) 677-5416 or send the form, and we’ll come out and give you a free estimate on the repair or the new roof. After a storm, the roof inspection is free too.

It depends on the damage, the materials and how fast the work has to happen. Our general guide:

  • Minor: a small leak, a few missing shingles $300 – $750
  • Moderate: larger leaks, flashing, minor decking $1,000 – $3,500
  • Severe: structural damage, large areas missing $4,000 – $15,000+
  • Full replacement, average 1,700 sq ft home $20,000 – $30,000

Work done outside business hours or on a rush can add an emergency fee, usually a few hundred dollars.

Yes. Most insurance companies want proof of storm damage before they approve a claim. We document it for you with photos, a written assessment and a repair estimate. Once the claim is moving, we schedule the permanent repair or the full replacement.

The office keeps Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Roofing emergencies don’t keep business hours, so we take calls outside them. If you have a serious leak or storm damage, call.
